Hourly fees
Our hourly rate ranges from €300 to €400 excluding VAT. Billing reflects the time spent on the case. An advance payment is requested before work begins.
Our fees
Before work begins, a fee agreement sets out the scope of our instruction and how we will charge. You know the terms from the outset.
Fixed fees
A fixed amount may be agreed for a defined service, such as a consultation, contract or straightforward procedure. A 50% advance is paid at the start. The balance is due before the work is completed.
An additional success fee
Under the signed fee agreement, an additional fee of 10% to 15% excluding VAT may apply to amounts obtained or saved through our work, whether by judgment or negotiation. It supplements the basic fee.
Ongoing advice
Businesses and institutional clients with regular legal needs can agree a monthly or annual arrangement specifying the services included and their fees.

If you disagree with our fees
Please raise the matter with the firm first. Articles L. 152-1 and following of the French Consumer Code provide for free recourse to the consumer mediator for the legal profession in the event of a dispute.
