Our areas of intervention

Preventing construction disputes

Project mediation takes place during construction, before disagreements escalate. It helps participants clarify their contractual commitments.

Project owners, contractors, architects and insurers have a framework for discussion throughout the works.

We address the legal basis of decisions, keep a record of discussions and protect our clients’ interests while taking account of the project’s progress.

Negotiating during proceedings

Even after a claim reaches court, the parties can seek an agreement through mediation. We assist them in that process.

Recording an agreement

An agreement may reduce the time and demands of litigation. It can be submitted for court approval to make it enforceable.

Preparing to negotiate

Also trained in systemic coaching, Svetlana OUDAR helps you clarify your short- and long-term expectations. We prepare the negotiation with you and work towards a confidential, agreed outcome.
